How to Request Data Deletion

If you have connected a Facebook Page, Instagram Business Account, or WhatsApp Business Account to Hexora AI and wish to have your data deleted, you can:

• Disconnect directly: Remove the Hexora AI integration from your Meta Business Settings (Business Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps → remove HexaHire Solution / Hexora AI).
• Request deletion via email: Send a request to md.shaban@hexahiresolution.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the connected Page/Account name.

What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete the associated Platform Data (messages, identifiers, and profile information tied to the connected account) from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or security purposes.

Confirmation

We will send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
